How do you manage browser bookmarks/sessions?

Closest I've found to an ideal solution isgettoby. However, no firefox addon yet.

OneTab is nice, but I've lost my sessions too many times. Those need to be persisted for sure.

How do you manage your browser sessions? With bookmarks?
