I worked with an amazing mentor at an E-Commerce startup. He solely built an entire platform which helped us build small micro applications which can just focus on the simple problem each micro app was trying to solve.

He was brilliant, exceptional & had an enormous amount of empathy & compassion to fellow people. Always smiling to people whoever came for help. When you go to him and have a chat(even a casual one), you will come out motivated.

The best bosses I've had/have are the ones that take time to listen to me when I need it, and step back and let me do my thing when the time comes. And finally, they push me to expand and improve whilst keeping me within my attainable goals and successes.
