Founded in 2013, our early goal was to provide a better way for non-technical teams to edit static sites without involving a developer. Out of this, the CloudCannon CMS was born.
Over time our platform has evolved and grown on the back of it's support for Jekyll. In early 2021, we added support for Hugo and began the rapid roll-out of CloudCannon support for all major static site generators - 11ty, SvelteKit, Next.js & Gatsby.
