I really think it's worth learning to use. It's so convenient to have AI integrated (instead of copy/paste all the time), and it quickly becomes intuitive.
It doesn't solve everything, you still need to know what you are doing, but when you do it can really boost updating your code.
There is a balance to find, sometimes I end up overusing the AI and would actually be faster doing it myself, but I believe finding the right balance will come with experience.
