California businesses aren’t always sequential (sosId #7 had a filingDate of 11-11-2020 but sosId #10 had a filingDate of 11-07-2020). Because of this I need a better way to pull the businesses. I landed on using the createdAt field, which should work pretty great as long as I keep my Lambda execute times well ordered.
