9.2.3 mysql_plugin_get_option()

intmysql_plugin_get_option(struct st_mysql_client_plugin *plugin,                        const char *option,                        void *value)

Description

Given a plugin structure and an option name, returns the option value. If the plugin does not have an option handler, an error occurs.

Specify the arguments as follows:

  • plugin: A pointer to the plugin structure.

  • option: The name of the option for which the value is to be returned.

  • value: A pointer to the option value.

mysql_plugin_get_option() was added in MySQL 8.0.27.

Return Values

Zero for success, 1 if an error occurred.
