Paramount’s Colleen Hoover Movie ‘Regretting You’ Available In Homes Tuesday

The secondColleen Hoover feature adaptation,Regretting You,will be available via digital tomorrow, Nov. 25, it was just announced.
The $30 million Constantin-financed movie, whichParamount acquired, opened on Oct. 24, hence the theatrical window here is 32 days to PVOD. The movie bowed to $13.6 million at the domestic box office and has legged out to $47.2M stateside, close to $87M worldwide.
While lower than Sony/Wayfarer Studios’ Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni sensationIt Ends With Us ($351M-plus at the global box office), that’s becauseRegretting Youwasn’t one of Hoover’s more popular novels. There was a frenzy to scoop up the authors’ works for the big screen postIt Ends With Us. Paramount nabbedRegretting Youfirst, followed by Universal withReminders of Him(due out March 13, 2026), and Amazon MGM Studios with the Anne Hathaway-Dakota Johnson-Josh Hartnett featureVerity(Oct. 2, 2026).

Hoover has to be up there among the all time greatest in terms of popularity vs. talent disparity. Like, her writing would get barely passing grades in a high school creative writing class. And yet… Here we are.
