History

He's one of many sources ofStarling and helped her andBlack Canary with their first case as theBirds of Prey. It is later revealed he was an agent of Choke, posing as him and gaining control of Starling, who he commanded to kill her teammates twice. He is killed byKatana to put a stop to his control over Ev. It is only after the fact that the team discovers he was not actually Choke.
