TheTornado Twins,Don andDawn Allen, are the children ofIris West andBarry Allen.

History

In one possible future, instead of being super-heroes, they turn into super-villains and terrorize the future Central City. According toProfessor Zoom the Reverse-Flash, one of the reasons for this change was because of Barry's absence in their lives, which made them misguided and caused them to hate their own father.^[1] Don is the father ofBart Allen; Dawn is the mother ofJenni Ognats. The duo ended when Don was killed by aDominator.^[2]
