Jason Burr is the leader of theKobra Cult, and the brother ofJeffrey Franklin Burr, its founder.
History
Though raised apart, Burr shared a link with his brother that allowed him to interfere with his machinations as leader of theKobra Cult, driving a conflict between the two that resulted in Jason Burr's death.[1]
Emboldened by theapparent deaths of theJustice League, Kobra led his cultists in an attack on theUnited States of America's capitalWashington, D.C., but was rebuffed bySuperman, theFlash, and theGreen Lantern, the latter of whom dispatched Kobra by upturning the tank on which he rode.[2]
