Cal Durham is an ex-mercenary with the ability to breathe underwater who acts as a member of theAquamanFamily. Originally he worked asBlack Manta's henchman for political reasons, but he would realize the error of his ways and go on to become a hero. He would go on to become the Mayor ofSub Diego inSword of Atlantis.
