History

Prince to the nation of Markovia, his sister also uses the alias Terra. His powers were given to him by the scientistHelga Jace to help put down an insurrection by Baron Bedlam. The dichotomy of his royal upbringing and his vigilante actions have brought trouble to his political career. He was also a founding member of theOutsiders.
