Qodeium is a code editor that allows you to code in QodeCommand++, a custom-made programming language.
How can I learn QodeCommand++?
Well, you could learn it from my channel DaveTM or learn it from the official hand-written tutorial from Qodeium itself. If you want to learn QodeCommand++ from DaveTM, then keep in mind that the latest tutorial on the "2D Platformer with QodeCommand++" series uses Qodeium Pre-Alpha 1.1 is outdated and will not work unless you have older versions of Qodeium.

Install instructions
Download the Qodeium (BETA 3.0).zip file and extract it into one folder. After that, click Qodeium Game Engine. If you want Older Versions of Qodeium, you can Download "Older Versions"and choose the version of Qodeium you want.
