- I loved the atmosphere and having to follow the instructions to stay alive, even if at the end I had a good scare, it was a good 5 minutes, well done!
Pretty fun little "Emergency Instructions" horror game.
Starting to enjoy playing these type of game
Pretty short but did well creeping me out, definitely since the the main character is very battery conscious and refuses to use it outside certain rooms. The sounds and ambience was pretty good, got to me well! Overall, had fun playing and messing around. The house is very familiar and been traumatized by it before so haha! It had that going on for me as well.
Good Job Serious Daniel!
An amazing atmospheric game that doesn't rely on jump scares to build horror. But why the heck did you decide to make the flashlight work like that instead of a normal toggle on/off.
Would be nice to have a menu as well. Maybe in the form of a TV which when you press play the recording starts. Also put it at the end, instead of having to alt f4
Hello! Thanks for playing. Few comments bellow I already explained about it. This house taken from free models (and clap clap also did this, and some other games too). Because this game is a short 10-minutes experience, and it would be crazy for me to make the entire 2-floor house for 10-minutes game, as I make my games alone. Usually I make all my environments myself, when the game is big enough, but this game is not a case.
I'd say this one definitely needs some more work, not a bad game overall but it lacks polish. However it does a splendid job at building up tension without the reliance on jumpscares, big kudos for that one. The flashlight mechanic irked the heck out of me ngl, i'd have much prefered to just be able to switch it on myself. I kept getting lost in the darker corners of the rooms and it took me longer than it should have to find my way back out. Overall a neat entry with plenty of potential, good job! ദ്ദി(˵•̀ᗜ-˵)
