Hi! I'm Elaine, a Shuster Award winning Canadian cartoonist & illustrator. I'm most well known for Look Straight Ahead, an acclaimed webcomic/graphic novel about a teenage boy's struggle with depression & psychosis. I'm currently working on another graphic novel called The Last Band On Earth, about a noise rock band trapped in a semi-post-apocalyptic city run by demons (this may or may not be a thinly-veiled metaphor for depression).
