This Annex to theJava SE 24 Specification contains the Java SE 24 version of theJava Native Interface (JNI) Specification.

The Java SE 24 version includes typographical edits made to the JNI Spec since the Java SE 23 version, that is, since the Final Release ofJSR 398. These changes are flagged with colorful text, as follows:

• Text withlight green background indicates new material in the Java SE 24 version.
• Textstruck through on a light red background indicates deletion from the Java SE 23 version.
