Discussion:
The synopsis for the template classbasic_stringbufdoesn't list a typedef for the template parameterAllocator. This makes it impossible to determine the type ofthe allocator at compile time. It's also inconsistent with all othertemplate classes in the library that do provide a typedef for theAllocator parameter.
Proposed resolution:
Add to the synopses of the class templates basic_stringbuf (27.7.1),basic_istringstream (27.7.2), basic_ostringstream (27.7.3), and basic_stringstream (27.7.4) the typedef:
typedef Allocator allocator_type;
