The requirements forconstexpr functions do not,but presumably should, forbid the appearance of a label in thefunction body (gotos are prohibited).
Proposed resolution (January, 2016):
Add the following as an additional bullet following9.2.6 [dcl.constexpr] bullet 3.5.2:
The definition of aconstexpr function shall satisfy thefollowing requirements:
...
itsfunction-body shall be=delete,= default, oracompound-statement that does not contain
anasm-definition,
agoto statement,
an identifier label (8.2 [stmt.label]),
...
