1345. Initialization of anonymous union class members

[Voted into the WP at the February, 2012 meeting;moved to DR at the October, 2012 meeting.]

11.9.3 [class.base.init] paragraph 8 appears to indicate thata class member that is an anonymous union is to be default initilized.

Proposed resolution (August, 2011):

Change the indicated bullet of 11.9.3 [class.base.init] paragraph 8as follows:

• otherwise, if the entity isan anonymous union or avariant member (11.5 [class.union]), no initialization isperformed;
