Massive Attack have released their four-trackRitual Spirit EP to the masses. It’s streaming in full via Spotify (below) andApple Music. A double vinyl physical release is also available to purchase through the band’swebsite.

Ritual Spirit marks the band’s first release since since 2010’s Heligoland. Guest contributors to the EP include longtime Massive Attack collaborator Tricky, Mercury Prize-winning hip-hop groupYoung Fathers, London rapper Roots Manuva, and UK singer Azekel.

Massive Attack have also shared a video for the “Take It There” starring John Hawkes (ofDeadwood fame). Watch that below.

Massive Attack plan to follow upRitual Spirit with a second EP this spring followed by a new album later this year. In support of all these releases, the band has plotted out a UK/European tour.
