• Going over all promotions and declined images haven't been commented on for more than2 days and nominations that have not been commented on for8 days
• Moving them to the appropriate archive page
• In case of promotions
  • Tag the image page with{{QualityImage}}
  • Notify the uploader
  • Add the image toCommons:Quality images/Recently promoted (from where laborous contributors tag the images with theQI Helper)
  • Sorting tagged images fromRecently promoted into the QI galleries, and updating the preview galleries onCOM:QI
• Tag images unassessed after 15 days withCategory:Unassessed QI candidates
