Text with links to sights: A central building faces a courtyard with anablutions fountain and surrounded by patches of a garden with graves of itscemetery, as well as somemausoleums that may be freestanding or are connected to larger buildings. Opposite the central building the former cells of the monks and the kitchen are now used to exhibit a large part of thecollections of the museum (though a lot is in the central building). That central building houses a prayer room (themosque part), asemahane (where the sema whirling ceremony would have been) and themonumental grave of Mevlana in a “türbe” (mausoleum). Near his resting place aresacrophagi of followers. Around the buildings described so far now is alarge garden or park, where one now enters the museum grounds and has fine views of the central part. Moreviews from outside the grounds one can have when walking around them.
