Hotel Clermont is a historic Atlanta landmark and boutique hotel located on Ponce de Leon Avenue. Originally constructed in 1924 as the Bonaventure Arms Apartments, it was converted to the Clermont Motor Hotel in 1939. The building features a Neo-Classical design in red brick and is recognizable by its historic rooftop radio mast/sign. The hotel is famous for housing the independent Clermont Lounge, Atlanta's oldest continually operating strip club, in its basement since 1965. After closing in 2009, the structure was extensively renovated and reopened in 2018. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.
