DESCRIPTION
Delete external IP address from a VMware Engine private cloud.
EXAMPLES
To delete an external IP address calledfirst-ip in private cloudmy-privatecloud and locationus-east2-b, run:
gcloudvmwareprivate-cloudsexternal-addressesdeletefirst-ip--private-cloud=my-privatecloud--location=us-east2-b--project=my-project

Or:

gcloudvmwareprivate-cloudsexternal-addressesdeletefirst-ip--private-cloud=my-privatecloud

In the second example, the project and region are taken from gcloud propertiescore/project and vmware/region.

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
External address resource - external_address. The arguments in this group can beused to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are notgiven arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.

To set theproject attribute:

  • provide the argumentexternal_address on the command line with afully specified name;
  • provide the argument--project on the command line;
  • set the propertycore/project.

This must be specified.

EXTERNAL_ADDRESS
ID of the external address or fully qualified identifier for the externaladdress.

To set theexternal-address attribute:

  • provide the argumentexternal_address on the command line.

This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in thisgroup are specified.

--location=LOCATION
Location of the private cloud or cluster.

To set thelocation attribute:

  • provide the argumentexternal_address on the command line with afully specified name;
  • provide the argument--location on the command line;
  • set the propertycompute/zone.
--private-cloud=PRIVATE_CLOUD
VMware Engine private cloud.

To set theprivate-cloud attribute:

  • provide the argumentexternal_address on the command line with afully specified name;
  • provide the argument--private-cloud on the command line.
FLAGS
--async
Return immediately, without waiting for the operation in progress to complete.The default isTrue. Enabled by default, use--no-async to disable.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands:--access-token-file,--account,--billing-project,--configuration,--flags-file,--flatten,--format,--help,--impersonate-service-account,--log-http,--project,--quiet,--trace-token,--user-output-enabled,--verbosity.
