DESCRIPTION
Reencrypt a Cloud SQL CMEK instance with the primary key version.
EXAMPLES
To reencrypt a Cloud SQL CMEK instance with the primary key version:

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
INSTANCE
Cloud SQL instance ID.
FLAGS
--async
Return immediately, without waiting for the operation in progress to complete.
