GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands:--help.

COMMANDS
COMMAND is one of the following:
get
(BETA) Get consumer policy for a project, folder or organization.
get-effective
(BETA) Get effective policy for a project, folder or organization.
test-enabled
(BETA) Test a value against the result of merging consumer policiesin the resource hierarchy.
update
(BETA) Update consumer policy for a project, folder ororganization.
