SYNOPSIS
gcloud beta resource-manager tagsGROUP[GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
DESCRIPTION
(BETA) The Tags Service gives you centralized and programmaticcontrol over your organization's tags. As the tag administrator, you will beable to create and configure restrictions across the tags in your organizationor projects. As the tag user, you will be able to attach tags values todifferent resources.

GROUP is one of the following:
bindings
(BETA) Create and manipulate TagBindings.
holds
(BETA) Create and manipulate TagHolds.
keys
(BETA) Create and manipulate TagKeys.
values
(BETA) Create and manipulate TagValues.
