SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha compute instance-groups describeNAME[--region=REGION    |--zone=ZONE][GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG]
DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA)gcloud alpha compute instance-groups describedisplays all data associated with an instance group in a project.
EXAMPLES
To get details about a regional instance group in theus-central1 regions, run:
gcloudalphacomputeinstance-groupsdescribe--region=us-central1

To get details about a zonal instance group in theus-central1-b zone, run:

gcloudalphacomputeinstance-groupsdescribe--zone=us-central1-b
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
NAME
Name of the instance group to describe.
FLAGS
At most one of these can be specified:
--region=REGION
Region of the instance group to describe. If not specified, you might beprompted to select a region (interactive mode only).

A list of regions can be fetched by running:

gcloudcomputeregionslist

Overrides the defaultcompute/region property value for thiscommand invocation.

--zone=ZONE
Zone of the instance group to describe. If not specified, you might be promptedto select a zone (interactive mode only).

A list of zones can be fetched by running:

gcloudcomputezoneslist

Overrides the defaultcompute/zone property value for this commandinvocation.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands:--access-token-file,--account,--billing-project,--configuration,--flags-file,--flatten,--format,--help,--impersonate-service-account,--log-http,--project,--quiet,--trace-token,--user-output-enabled,--verbosity.

This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If thiscommand fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct project,you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early accessallowlist. These variants are also available:
