BACKEND_SERVICE_NAME[BACKEND_SERVICE_NAME…]- Names of the backend services to delete.

- At most one of these can be specified:
--global- If set, the backend services are global.
--region=REGION- Region of the backend services to delete. Overrides the default
compute/regionproperty value for this command invocation.
