Method: projects.metrics.get

Gets a logs-based metric.

Path parameters

Parameters
metricName

string

Required. The resource name of the desired metric:

"projects/[PROJECT_ID]/metrics/[METRIC_ID]"

Authorization requires the followingIAM permission on the specified resourcemetricName:

  • logging.logMetrics.get

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance ofLogMetric.

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/logging.read
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/logging.admin
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.read-only
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
