Google Cloud Deploy API C++ Client Library
An idiomatic C++ client library for theGoogle Cloud Deploy API, a service to deliver continuously to Google Kubernetes Engine and Anthos.
While this library isGA, please note that the Google Cloud C++ client libraries donot followSemantic Versioning.
Quickstart
The following shows the code that you'll run in thegoogle/cloud/deploy/quickstart/ directory, which should give you a taste of the Google Cloud Deploy API C++ client library API.
#include "google/cloud/deploy/v1/cloud_deploy_client.h"#include "google/cloud/location.h"#include <iostream>int main(int argc, char* argv[]) try { if (argc != 3) { std::cerr << "Usage: " << argv[0] << " project-id location-id\n"; return 1; } auto const location = google::cloud::Location(argv[1], argv[2]); namespace deploy = ::google::cloud::deploy_v1; auto client = deploy::CloudDeployClient(deploy::MakeCloudDeployConnection()); for (auto dp : client.ListDeliveryPipelines(location.FullName())) { if (!dp) throw std::move(dp).status(); std::cout << dp->DebugString() << "\n"; } return 0;} catch (google::cloud::Status const& status) { std::cerr << "google::cloud::Status thrown: " << status << "\n"; return 1;}Main classes
The main class in this library isdeploy_v1::CloudDeployClient. All RPCs are exposed as member functions of this class. Other classes provide helpers, configuration parameters, and infrastructure to mockdeploy_v1::CloudDeployClient when testing your application.
