Cloud Quotas API C++ Client Library
An idiomatic C++ client library for theCloud Quotas API, a service to Cloud Quotas API provides GCP service consumers with management and observability for resource usage, quotas, and restrictions of the services they consume.
While this library isGA, please note that the Google Cloud C++ client libraries donot followSemantic Versioning.
Quickstart
The following shows the code that you'll run in thegoogle/cloud/cloudquotas/quickstart/ directory, which should give you a taste of the Cloud Quotas API C++ client library API.
#include "google/cloud/cloudquotas/v1/cloud_quotas_client.h"#include "google/cloud/location.h"#include <iostream>#include <string>int main(int argc, char* argv[]) try { if (argc != 2) { std::cerr << "Usage: " << argv[0] << " project-id\n"; return 1; } namespace cloudquotas = ::google::cloud::cloudquotas_v1; auto client = cloudquotas::CloudQuotasClient(cloudquotas::MakeCloudQuotasConnection()); auto const parent = google::cloud::Location(argv[1], "global").FullName(); for (auto r : client.ListQuotaPreferences(parent)) { if (!r) throw std::move(r).status(); std::cout << r->DebugString() << "\n"; } return 0;} catch (google::cloud::Status const& status) { std::cerr << "google::cloud::Status thrown: " << status << "\n"; return 1;}Main classes
The main class in this library iscloudquotas_v1::CloudQuotasClient. All RPCs are exposed as member functions of this class. Other classes provide helpers, configuration parameters, and infrastructure to mockcloudquotas_v1::CloudQuotasClient when testing your application.
