Viviana Valdovinos is a Clinical Medical Biller at theOT Faculty Practice and has been part of the USC family for over 4 years. She formerly worked in the Audiology Department for three years before joining the OTFP team. She comes with over 10 years of experience in the medical field as a patient coordinator. Viviana supports both the OTFP scheduling and billing teams, including verification of benefits and eligibility and posting billing entries. Viviana is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our clients through supportive communication, flexibility, and commitment to optimal patient care. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.
