What are CGDream Credits?

CGDream Credits are the internal currency of our application, used to generate images and access premium features.

How can I obtain more CGDream Credits?

You can obtainCGDream Credits by subscribing to one of ourPremium Plans or by purchasing credits directly. Click the "Top Up" button and specify the number of credits you need.

How much does it cost to generate an image using CGDream Credits?

The cost in Credits depends on various parameters such as the:

• Generation Type
• Number of variations
• Generation mode (Fast or Quality)
• Number of Filters

How do I check my CGDream Credits balance?

You can view your CGDream Credits at the top of the screen, next to the "My Images" button.

Can I create images for free?

Yes! All Free users receive100 daily credits that can be used to generate images for free. However, the free plan has certain limitations. Advanced features like high-priority generation, private mode, concurrent jobs, and commercial use are only available toPremium users.

Why is my Premium Plan not activated after purchase?

Sometimes, it may take a little while for payment processing to complete. Please allow some time for the transaction to be processed.

What happens if I run out of CGDream Credits?

If you are a Free user and run out of Credits, you won't be able to generate images on CGDream. You can always upgrade your account to one of ourPremium plans to receive more Credits. Alternatively, you can wait for the next day when daily credits are replenished.

If you are aPremium user and run out of Credits, you will still be able to generate images, but in "slow generation" mode. This means your images will be generated with lower priority. You can upgrade your Premium plan orTop Up to get more credits and increase the image generation speed.

What should I do if I can't make a payment?

If you encounter issues making a payment, please try the following steps:

Use a Different Card: Sometimes payment issues can be resolved by using an alternative credit or debit card.

Try Another Payment Method: If available, select a different payment method, such as PayPal or another digital wallet.

Use a VPN: Occasionally, payment processing may be affected by your geographical location. Using a VPN can help bypass these restrictions.

If I purchased a Premium plan but didn't use all the credits, will they expire?

Yes, unused credits from your Premium plan will expire. If your Premium plan is renewed, you will receive a new allocation of credits, and any remaining credits from the previous plan will be reset. However, if you do not renew your Premium plan, any leftover credits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid losing credits, ensure you use them before your plan expires or consider renewing your subscription.
