Mentor
- Mentor astudent
- First step, Connect!
- Register with ConnectUT. We use this platform to identify industry professionals as needs arise. Students can also find you and reach out for informational interviews.
- Various, short-term opportunities are available in the College throughout the year. Expressing your interest in mentoring on ConnectUT allows us to share these opportunities with you as they come available.
Hire
- Post a Job or Internship
- The University of Tennessee’s Handshake platform is a great way to gain access to undergraduate talent at CCI by searching resumes and posting jobs and Internships. Career fair registrations are also completed via Handshake.
- Participate in a recruiting event
- Develop an Internship or work-based learning Experience
- Site visits
- Host a group of students during one of our student development trips in metro areas across the United States.
- Exploratory Programs
- Provide a shadowing experience to students for a day at your company.
- Host an intern at your Nonprofit/Social Change Organization through our Vols Remote Internship Program
Provide your expertise
- Provide information about your industry to inform our professional development program
- Express your interest in a school alumni council
- Meet twice a year to provide industry insight to school leadership and help shape learning experiences for future CCI students
