A Mixed Bag with a Great Dining Experience

Our stay was a bit disappointing overall, but the Ume restaurant stole the show with its delicious menu. The room itself was clean and spacious, perfect for our family.

This place was a well-suited match for a weekend stopover in Tucson and great for the money. The spacious room had a beautiful bathroom that made for a nice getaway. Make sure to explore the variety of restaurants—they have amazing food.

Complimentary valet parking made for a welcoming arrival. The room was beautifully decorated, featuring a Keurig coffee maker that provided a great start to the day. On a positive note, the prime rib dinner was excellent, and the Mexican dishes at the restaurant were delightful. However, the service at times was slow. we waited nearly 40 minutes for our soup that turned out inedible. The next day at Moby's, there was a noticeable delay in service, which detracted from the experience.

I had a fantastic stay with beautiful views from my room and a delicious dinner at Ume Asian Cuisine, which is just a few steps away, making it perfect for a city explorer like me. the friendly staff also made me feel very welcome during my time here, but a little improvement in the restaurant service would enhance the experience.

our stay at casino del sol resort was fantastic! the room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had an awesome view of the valley. we loved the keurig coffee maker in the room. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. we enjoyed an amazing dinner at ume and the best strawberry cheesecake at moby's!

Clean room, nice pool area, but the dining service was quite slow.

Finding the front desk and dining options can be a real headache due to poor signage—it may take some wandering before you finally locate them. The cheap plastic glasses in the room detract from the otherwise comfortable ambiance, and don’t even get me started on the surprise $5 charge for a bottle of water. I found it vexing that the pool closed at the slightest hint of bad weather, which can be disappointing after a long day. It would’ve been nice for the rooms, especially at a higher rate, to feel a bit more luxurious and expansive rather than standard. Considering the general atmosphere, it’s a shame that the casino has a reputation for tighter machines. the chance to win is more challenging than it should be.

The queen room was spacious with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and a huge comfortable bed. The spa facilities were top-notch, featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Relaxing by the beautiful pool area with sun loungers was a highlight. The dining options were delicious, especially the burger at Prema.

The pool area was 🔥 amazing! Loved lounging there, soaking up the sun. The room was very spacious, but the wristband check-in for the pool was a hassle.

Casino del Sol always feels like a second home with great amenities and attentive staff. Although I faced delays in dining and some maintenance issues, the overall experience remains enjoyable. I'm sure these hiccups are temporary as I've always had excellent stays in the past.
