The shy gladiator has to defeat three mythical creatures, but he is too embarrassed to attack, so instead he must dodge their attacks until the monsters lose all their powers.

This game was made in 72 hours for Ludum Dare 39! Theme: Running out of Energy.

Controls

• Use←→ to move the gladiator left and right.
• Press "Z" to do a dodge roll - you will be invincible for a time, but lose some energy.

Rules

• To defeat each creature, you need to dodge their attacks until they run out of energy.
• You can use the columns for cover, but the attacks will eventually break them!
• In a pinch, you can do a dodge roll to become invincible for a second. But it costs you some energy!
• Learn the enemies movements. Maybe you can bait them into attacking in a predictable way?
• There are three creatures for you to defeat.

Why this game exists?

This game was my first collab, for Ludum Dare 39. It was really fun. Felipe Kolb suggested the "gladiator" theme.

The game did OK in LD.
