Elstrepaxonemats (Trepaxonemata) constitueixen una subclasse deplatihelmints que inclou tots elsrabditòfors exceptuant elsmacrostomorfs. Es caracteritzen per tenir una organització de les fibres demicrotúbuls en "9+1" a l'axonema delsespermatozous madurs, amb l'element del microtúbul central fent una espiral.[1][2] Es coneixen però, algunes excepcions degudes a reversions.[3][2] Aquesta és unasinapomorfia morfològicaultraestructural que s'ha vist suportada per estudis defilogènia molecular.[4]
