Witty Hit (Japanese:攻撃時特攻アップSpecial Attack Increase When Attacking) is a family ofskills inPokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of increasing the user'sSp. Atk by one stat rank. The skill can range from Witty Hit 1 to Witty Hit 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Witty Hit 9 will always increase the user's Sp. Atk (if possible).
The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including
buddy moves, but notsync moves or
max moves. The skill will act independently of the move's innate chance of raising the user's Sp. Atk (if applicable). If the Pokémon has access to more than one Witty Hit skill, each will have a chance of activating independently of each other.
