A shop that specializes inFurfrou grooming. Theplayer may buy a trim for a Furfrou in theirparty for$500. Trims last for five days or until the Furfrou is deposited in thePC. The shop initially only offers Heart, Star, or Diamond Trims (as well as the option to return it to a natural look), but as the player gainsstyle, more trims become available. At 10 points of style, the La Reine, Kabuki, and Pharaoh Trims become available, while the Debutante, Matron, and Dandy Trims are available at 50 points of style.

The price of these Mega Stones begins at$1,000,000 but will decrease as the player becomes morestylish, eventually being available for only$10,000. After entering the Hall of Fame, the owner will first offer the Mega Stone for the Kanto first partner Pokémon that issuper effective against the one chosen by the player.

Boutique Couture (Japanese:メゾン・ド・ポルテMaison de Porter) is a designer fashion and luxury boutique. The first floor sells only women's clothing, whereas the second floor sells only men's clothing. The player is only granted access to the boutique once they have at least 25 points ofstyle. Theclothes and accessories sold here have much higher prices than those sold at other boutiques across Kalos.
Within Lumiose City, the player has a degree of style which can be raised by doing things around the city. If the player has a high style, prices may be lower, more items and services may be offered, and certain establishments may be accessible that were not before.
The effects of style on this street are noted in the sections above.
Non-player characters
In addition to the above benefits, someNPCs will change their dialogue as the player's style increases, and several new NPCs will appear in various places (mostly cafés) around the city as well. On Vernal Avenue, at 25 points of style, more people will appear in Cafés Classe and Woof, and at 50 points of style, more people will appear in Boutique Couture.
In the Stone Emporium, an old man says,"Ore, ore, ore... Ores that I adore! Ah, this is where you should laugh...", heavily suggesting that he is theore maniac fromBlack, White,Black 2, and White 2, who says the same thing when met for the first time.
