June 9, 2023 saw the release of a fourthTrainer's Toolkit, the first being released for thePokémon Trading Card Game during the Scarlet & Violet Series. Like its predecessors, this product came with numerous staple cards for deck building.

The Toolkit included 58 cards to power up decks, including reprints ofArceus V andArceus VSTAR fromBrilliant Stars with new and exclusive artwork. The box was also packaged with four booster packs (typically twoPaldea Evolved, oneScarlet & Violet, and oneSilver Tempest), more than 100Basic Energy cards, 65 card sleeves, a deck builder's guide, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, twoSpecial Condition markers, an acrylic VSTAR marker, and a code card forPokémon TCG Live. The Toolkit provided one copy of Arceus V and Arceus VSTAR, and two copies of all other cards listed below.
