Tom Wayland

Tom Wayland (born 21 July 1973) is a voice actor and was previously the voice director for the English-languagedub ofPokémon the Series.

Pokémon roles

Wayland joined the series whenDuArt Film & Video took over the dubbing fromTAJ Productions. He also served as the voice director and an ADR engineer. He served a similar role toMichael Haigney from the 4Kids dub, even voicing the same Pokémon. He was succeeded as voice director byTheresa Buchheister.

His most prominent human role was that ofReggie. Inthe third season ofPokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl, he gained a larger role, portrayingAsh's Gible. InPokémon the Series: Black & White, he obtained more major roles in Pokémon, portrayingIris's Excadrill,Cilan's Crustle,James's Yamask andAsh's Boldore.
