Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies'Defense by one stat rank. The skill can range from Team Offensive Defense 1 to Team Offensive Defense 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Team Offensive Defense 9 will always increase the user and its allies' Defense. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, includingbuddy moves, but notsync moves ormax moves.
