Superpower (Japanese:ばかぢからBrute Force) is a damage-dealingFighting-typemove introduced inGeneration III. It wasTM49 inPokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, and it wasTR39 inPokémon Sword and Shield.
Effect
Superpower inflicts damage, then lowers the user'sAttack andDefense stats by one stage each.
Superpower can be used as the second move of aPokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 6 bonus appeal points ifLock-On was used in the previous turn.

- Superpower's German name is the same as the name for theAbilityHuge Power in German.
- Though it translates to Great Power, the Japanese name of the move can also meanAnimal Power, which may explain why it can be learned by several beast-like Pokémon, such asLuxray.
