Speed Swap (Japanese:スピードスワップSpeed Swap) is a non-damagingPsychic-typemove introduced inGeneration VII. It wasTM62 inPokémon Sword and Shield. InGeneration IX, it is thesignature move ofRabsca.

Effect

Speed Swap exchanges theSpeed stats of the user and the target. This move does not swap in-battle speed modifiers, such as Abilities and stat stages.

Speed Swap bypassesaccuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in thesemi-invulnerable turn of a move such asDig orFly.

If powered up by aPsychium Z into Z-Speed Swap, the user'sSpeed stat is raised by one stage.
