Effect

When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that isparalyzed, it has a chance of lowering the target'sSpeed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Shocking Slowdown 1 to Shocking Slowdown 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Shocking Slowdown 9 will always lower the target's Speed. Currently, only Shocking Slowdown 9 is available on scoutablesync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, includingbuddy moves, but notsync moves ormax moves.
