Satoshi Yamamoto (Japanese:山本サトシYamamoto Satoshi, born December 17, 1965 in Kyoto) is a Japanese illustrator. He is best known for illustratingPokémon Adventures fromVolume 10 onward. Aside from his work on various Pokémon manga, he has also illustrated some cards for thePokémon Trading Card Game.

In 2016, Yamamoto andKusaka were both awarded the Comic-Con International's Inkpot Award.[3] Later that year, they were also awarded theMejor Kodoma Manga award in the XXIISalón del Manga de Barcelona.[4]

Yamamoto has mentioned that he uses theScale World figures as a direct reference when drawing characters for his manga, such asNemona.[5]
