Rock Polish (Japanese:ロックカットRock Cut) is a non-damagingRock-typemove introduced inGeneration IV. It wasTM69 from Generation IV toPokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon as well as inPokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Effect

Rock Polish raises the user'sSpeed stat by two stages.

Rock Polish is a part ofContest Spectacular combination and using it will causeBaton Pass andElectro Ball to give an extra three appeal points if used in the next turn.

If powered up by aRockium Z into Z-Rock Polish, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
