Rabsca
Effect
The user bestows a loving blessing, reviving an ally Pokémon that has fainted and restoring its health.
Rabsca floats above a fainted Pokémon and opens its eyes. Then, its body becomes surrounded briefly by rings of green energy, and pulses of green energy travel down to the fainted Pokémon, healing it.
Revival Blessing is one of two moves (excludingStruggle) whose base PP is not a multiple of 5, the other beingSketch.
Additionally, both Sketch and Revival Blessing cannot have their maximum PP increased.
The only Pokémon that can learn this move,Pawmot andRabsca, learn it uponEvolution, with the condition for their Evolution beingleveling up while outside of theirPoké Ball after walking 1,000 steps using theLet's Go! feature. Not evenSmeargle can learn this move, as Sketch fails to copy it.
Revival Blessing is the only game mechanic that can revive a fainted Pokémon during abattle without using items from theBag. Consequently, it is the only game mechanic that can revive a Pokémon in battles against other players inPokémon Scarlet and Violet.
