Punching Bags (Japanese:バルキートレーニングBalkie Training) is the name of a Pokémon-basede-Reader application. It is a minigame featuringTyrogue. Five cards are required for the Punching Bags application:Marowak,Tyrogue,Hitmonchan,Hitmontop, andPhanpy.

In Punching Bags, the player takes on the role of a Tyrogue. The objective of the game is to punch away all of the punching bags that come at Tyrogue from different directions. As the game progresses, the punching bags will move faster. The game is over when Tyrogue is hit by a punching bag.
